Selaginella gypsophila adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko (Nuevo León, Tamaulipas). Nama ilmiah Selaginella gypsophila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alan Reid Smith pada tahun 1984.
