Selaginella hansenii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hansen's spikemoss. Nama ilmiah Selaginella hansenii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Hans Emmo Wolfgang Hieronymus pada tahun 1900.
