Selaginella kouytcheensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Yunnan, Guizhou). Nama ilmiah Selaginella kouytcheensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Abel Hector Léveillé pada tahun 1911.
