Selaginella pygmaea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape, Australia Barat bagian timur laut, hingga Queensland. Nama ilmiah Selaginella pygmaea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss pada tahun 1931.
