NORTHERN SELAGINELLA Selaginellarupestris (L.) Spring

Selaginella rupestris merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Greenland, Kanada, hingga Amerika Serikat utara dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan northern selaginella. Nama ilmiah Selaginella rupestris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Antoine Frédéric Spring pada tahun 1838.
