DELICATE SPIKEMOSS Selaginellatenella (P.Beauv.) Spring
Selaginella tenella merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga kawasan tropis Amerika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan delicate spikemoss. Nama ilmiah Selaginella tenella pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ambroise Marie François Joseph Palisot de Beauvois pada tahun 1843.
