Senecio angustifolius adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Senecio angustifolius diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1803.
