Senna tocotana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia barat. Nama ilmiah Senna tocotana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Nelson Rose pada tahun 2012.
