Setaria chapmanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Florida,Meksiko tenggara, Karibia. Nama ilmiah Setaria chapmanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Vasey pada tahun 1940.
