Sibthorpia africana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Baleares. Nama ilmiah Sibthorpia africana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
