Sideroxylon portoricense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapotaceae (suku sawo-sawoan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Amerika tengah, Karibia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan puerto rico bully. Nama ilmiah Sideroxylon portoricense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1904.
