Silene arguta merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Silene arguta diperkenalkan oleh Eduard Fenzl pada tahun 1842.
