Silene cyri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Caryophyllaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Silene cyri diperkenalkan oleh Boris Konstantinovich Schischkin pada tahun 1927.
