Silene littorea merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Semenanjung Iberia Maroko. Nama ilmiah Silene littorea diperkenalkan oleh Félix Avelar Brotero pada tahun 1804.
