Silene macrosolen merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis. Nama ilmiah Silene macrosolen diperkenalkan oleh Ernst Gottlieb von Steudel pada tahun 1848.
