Silene samothracica merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Silene samothracica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Heinz Rechinger pada tahun 1995.
