Silene sedoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Mediterania. Nama ilmiah Silene sedoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean Louis Marie Poiret pada tahun 1789.
