Silene staintonii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Pakistan barat laut. Nama ilmiah Silene staintonii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Shahina Agha Ghazanfar pada tahun 1982.
