Silene tunicoides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kepulauan Aegea timur hingga Türkiye barat daya. Nama ilmiah Silene tunicoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1843.
