Sloanea aculeata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Elaeocarpaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Sloanea aculeata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Albert Charles Smith pada tahun 1944.
