ALPINE SMELOWSKIA Smelowskiacalycina (Stephan ex Willd.) C.A.Mey.
Smelowskia calycina merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Brassicaceae (suku sawi-sawian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afghanistan timur laut hingga Siberia barat daya dan Himalaya barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan alpine smelowskia. Nama ilmiah Smelowskia calycina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Friedrich Stephan pada tahun 1831.
