Smilax hirtellicaulis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Smilacaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Smilax hirtellicaulis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cheng Yih Wu pada tahun 2016.
