Solanum discolor merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Queensland Utara. Nama ilmiah Solanum discolor diperkenalkan oleh Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
