Solanum tepuiense merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Venezuela (Bolívar). Nama ilmiah Solanum tepuiense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sandra Diane Knapp pada tahun 1991.
