Solidago juncea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada bagian utara-tengah dan timur hingga Amerika Serikat bagian utara-tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan early goldenrod. Nama ilmiah Solidago juncea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Aiton pada tahun 1789.
