Solidago rigida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada hingga Amerika Serikat. Nama ilmiah Solidago rigida diperkenalkan oleh Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
