Sonchus palmensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Kepulauan Kanaria (La Palma). Nama ilmiah Sonchus palmensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Philip Barker Webb pada tahun 1967.
