Sonchus suberosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Israel hingga Yordania selatan. Nama ilmiah Sonchus suberosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Michael Zohary pada tahun 1947.
