Sonerila helferi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Myanmar, Semenanjung Thailand. Nama ilmiah Sonerila helferi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1931.
