Sonerila hirsutula merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Sonerila hirsutula pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Arnott Walker-Arnott pada tahun 1837.
