Sonerila papuana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Papua. Nama ilmiah Sonerila papuana diperkenalkan oleh Alfred Cogniaux pada tahun 1890.
