Sonerila zeylanica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Sonerila zeylanica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Wight pada tahun 1834.
