Sorocea muriculata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Moraceae (suku ara-araan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Sorocea muriculata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1853.
