Souroubea pachyphylla merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Marcgraviaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Souroubea pachyphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernest Friedrich Gilg pada tahun 1898.
