Sparaxis grandiflora subsp. violacea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Sparaxis grandiflora subsp. violacea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Friedrich Ecklon pada tahun 1969.
