Spathelia simplex adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jamaika. Nama ilmiah Spathelia simplex pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1762.
