Spathiphyllum friedrichsthalii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko tenggara hingga Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Spathiphyllum friedrichsthalii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Wilhelm Schott pada tahun 1853.
