Spermacoce keyensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas (Cameron County), Florida Keys, hingga Bahama. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan florida false buttonweed. Nama ilmiah Spermacoce keyensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Kunkel Small pada tahun 1913.
