Spigelia macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Loganiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Spigelia macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh Johann Baptist Emanuel Pohl pada tahun 1845.
