Sporobolus harmandii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Indo-China hingga Sumatra. Nama ilmiah Sporobolus harmandii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johannes Theodoor Henrard pada tahun 1925.
