Sporobolus nervosus Hochst.

Sporobolus nervosus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mauritania, Ethiopia hingga Tanzania, Afrika Selatan, Jazirah Arab, Pakistan. Nama ilmiah Sporobolus nervosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Ferdinand Friedrich Hochstetter pada tahun 1855.
