Stachys aurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Stachys aurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1848.
