Stachys cretica subsp. vacillans merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye bagian selatan dan tenggara hingga Israel. Nama ilmiah Stachys cretica subsp. vacillans diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Heinz Rechinger pada tahun 1941.
