Stachys ocymastrum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Macaronesia, Mediterania. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan italian hedgenettle. Nama ilmiah Stachys ocymastrum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Isaac Briquet pada tahun 1897.
