Stapeliopsis pillansii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape selatan. Nama ilmiah Stapeliopsis pillansii diperkenalkan oleh Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1981.
