Stelis thymochila adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Panama. Nama ilmiah Stelis thymochila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 2001.
