Stenosemis caffra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape bagian tenggara. Nama ilmiah Stenosemis caffra diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christian Friedrich Ecklon pada tahun 1862.
