Stephania formanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Menispermaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Stephania formanii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1976.
