Sterigmapetalum plumbeum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rhizophoraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Amazonas). Nama ilmiah Sterigmapetalum plumbeum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gerardo Antonio Aymard Corredor pada tahun 1995.
