Sterigmapetalum tachirense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rhizophoraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela (Táchira). Nama ilmiah Sterigmapetalum tachirense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Julian Alfred Steyermark pada tahun 1983.
